So Col. MacGregor states that Mossad/Israel have been devoting resources to Ukraine

It's clear there was a breakdown in intelligence. If it was a blind eye, lack of attention, or dereliction of duty is to be determined.
All said, the "war" in Ukraine played a part, obviously.

He also said that he would be surprised if Bibi was there much longer. Jeffrey Sachs said the same on his appearance with Napolitano. So, instead of consolidating power and support, they think this could end Bibi.

Not a breakdown. An intelligence catastrophe. No way Netanyahu survives this. When factoring in the amount of terrorists that crossed the border and the slow response time, nobody charged with security could or should survive this.

I'm not sure he will get the Yom Kippur treatment. There's a bit of a difference between missing a cross border skirmish and the full scale invasion in 73.
