So are the National Parks shutdown or not?

Gateway Arch is shutdown and the sign reads all National Parks are closed.

I suspect that one that have guarded entrances and charge admission are. However, open access parks (monuments/National Mall) will stay open.

So , walking inside of the arch is closed? That is understandable. Can you still walk near, by , or under the arch? If so, no problem here.

Unlike that fricking )$:$(@:&;$: from Keyna who who have spent money to put up barricades around the arch.

No.. only 17% of gov personnel will not be at work... more gov personnel are at home now (weekend) than will be on Monday

Obama pulled a thug political stunt during last shut down, like tPOS he really is

Most agencies have plenty of money in their budget to continue normal operations

Great Smokey Mountains National Park is open (except for the visitor centers) and the road that the snow and ice closed is closed until it melts, just like always since they aren't allowed to salt it.
