The ones who did 911 drank and snorted coke off a hooker's arse. So, maybe they gamble too.

I remember they did a lot of shite they weren't supposed to, but you'd think somebody who had just converted might try sticking to the rules a little bit.

It's the only thing that would make all of these odd things make some sense

Sherriff said something like "was he radicalized?"
Not in those exact words, but he did frame it as a question in regards to a discussion about finding the motivation.

So why would people present a question as a statement? If I ask "did Team A win the game" that wouldn't mean that I meant "team A won the game."

To be clear also, Islam isn't the only radical ideology in the world. Given his and her history Islam seems like a particularly poor fit.

This should be obvious. But if we can't represent the sherriff's specific words correctly, then who knows what should be obvious.

I'm not saying that's not a note, but that doesn't look like an ink pen to me. Look how "fat" it is... it's almost half the thickness diameter of the roll of tape. I have a drawer in my kitchen full of all manner of ink pens, markers, rolls of tape etc... and there's no pen anywhere near that thick.

It isn't obvious to this board that the FBI might wan a few days to question various people before it releases its report, so we have crossed the obviousness event horizon at this point.

Also some portion of the board (SirWinston) are desperate for a link to Islam.

The sheriff's word choices are interesting. It's clear he's exhausted by his body and facial expressions. He intermixes advanced vocabulary with primary grammatical errors in the same sentence. I noticed this habit in the 2nd presser and it's gotten worse each presser.

I think he specifically chose the word "radicalized" but think that definitely doesn't necessarily mean Muslim. That term, in general, can refer to several different things but the way he speaks is consistent with the use of that word without meaning the common understanding.

It's going to come out that he was radicalized, it's just a matter of time. Now we have a president that will have no problem telling the truth about it too.

Ok, our resident contrarian...couldn't the Sherrif had said it the way he did for the media to follow up with a question?

Did the media follow up with a question regarding his "radicalization" comment?

I remember you being an arse about the whole Muh Russia bullshite...take a break for a while.

This whole thing is bizarre and I do not buy that he was a lone gunman. This guy is a patsy and there is way more to this than we know and what the media is saying.

How can you be convinced it was a lone gunman when there are a a few different videos of shots being fired that were not coming from the upper corner of the Mandalay Bay?

This whole thing it absurd...
