Debuted about a year after SNL debuted. Guess again.
How does it feel to not know what you are talking about:

Founded in Chicago in 1959, improv troupe The Second City is responsible for launching the careers of countless iconic comedians and actors.

Belushi was there in 1971:

How about you actually look something up before you spit out “facts” that’s aren’t true.

Was that supposed to be funny?
Skit seemed to go on for too long and mimics reality too much.

I thought comedy is supposed to be grounded in truth…..there was absolutely nothing in that skit that came close to what occurred in that interview.

Too bad SNL has been waste water for awhile now

To be honest, SNL was never very funny in the first place, and people have forgotten about how even 30 or 40 years ago, 95% of their skits were horribly unfunny.
65 years old, watched SNL when it first hit the airwaves and thought it was pretty funny but then I quit smoking weed and quickly realized most of the SNL skits were lame and that you needed some good weed to make it funny.

This us how you know they freaked tf out over that interview. They're making fun of a journalist asking tough questions.
Yea that was horrible. She got reamed in that interview. And they try their best to flip it. Even brought back the sharp shooter.
They must be pissing their pants of another 4 years of OMB….

Progressives are destroying comedy, or trying to destroy it.
The counter culture is on the right side of the aisle currently. The establishment is firmly in the lefts camp.
