Yeah he is basically saying the charges should stick cause Trump had no part of certifying the election

Actually with Zuck's admission today, there is real evidence, tangible, that DJT have every reasonable reason to believe he won that election. So, that kind throws a huge fly in the ointment.

So the next Dem play is to say "wait Trump won a second term, so he can't run now"

All this is - They are hoping this stops money flowing into the Trump campaign by scaring off donators
No way this is settled before the election so if he is elected and convicted, he would just pardon himself for the bullshite charges and rigged jury in DC.

As I said earlier, this will stimulate his donations like it did last time.

Now Trump's lawyers will tee up the same constitutional challenge to Smith's appointment

Would be a waste of money. There is already precedent in the circuit

If the 11th Circuit denies the appeal they have a path for USSC review to overrule the DCCOA

Actually, if 4 of 9 think the issue is important enough to consider...there is a path regardless of circuit split......

We certainly already know how Clarence Thomas feels about Jack Smith's appointment....

I said this 3 years ago. Nothing the left ever attempts will surprise me.

But Florida is still the best path for that.

Filing appeals in DC is just lighting money on fire until the USSC overrules them

It's almost like the Ds step on their dick even more often than Trump does normally. This should not even be close without cheating!

Actually, that will not work. Basically DJT is saying he won the election on Nov of 2019. But he lost the election on Jan 6, 2020. With the EC it does not matter how the people voted, the delegates elect the president. So, technically, Trump is both right and wrong.

Trump was not inaugurated to Office. Get that week sauce out of here.

It would be cute seeing the left admit to election fraud to try and keep Trump out.
