Ok? That doesnt change the fact you have no idea what would have happened.

I guess that’s better than not knowing what IS happening.

Remember when 2014 internet was the Stone Age?

Oh you mean back when Internet Services were classified as Title I Information Services, and ISPs were not allowed to block, censor, throttle, or allow paid prioritization? I sure do!

You think repealing Net Neutrality means more freedom? Have fun getting railroaded by the major internet companies

I've been in enough of these threads to know it's pointless. I always feel like I'm in a dream where I'm in one of my upper level Economics or Business courses and someone let 20 Sociology majors take the class who have neither the knowledge nor the inclination to acquire the knowledge to fully engage.

Economics applies. ALWAYS.

John Kennedy (La.) crossed party lines to vote in favor of using the Congressional Review Act to scrap the FCC's repeal order.

Good for Senator Kennedy.

Net Neutrality is an issue that democrats are clearly in the right on and it currently polls absurdly high in favor of with the american populace.

Except the ISP’s are government granted monopolies in most places. They’re a thin veneer of capitalism over a public service system. It’s like being a government service without the accountability. It would be like allowing the post office to decide that people with the wrong opinion or people who don’t send out enough junk mail through the postal system don’t get their mail. Oh, and in this scenario, most people don’t have access to a UPS or Fed Ex

I love how the ideological folks against NN ignored this.

If democrats can reasonably dial back the crazy and make Net Neutrality into a solid campaign issue, it will hurt republicans in blue and purple states, maybe enough for a solid flesh wound in the GOP majority.

Ya, frick the FCC! I firmly stand behind the upstanding corporations defending our net neutrality freedom.

Good job Amazon, FaceBook, and Google! I'm glad you guys are looking out for our best interests and privacy!!!
