So here is a person who, while lacking any basic knowledge of legal procedure, opines on the intricacies of legal procedure.

Complete and utter horseshite. She asked him multiple times if he was going to testify and instead of answering he kept trying to argue a mooted point. She asked him something like 7-9 times if he planned on testifying, with many of the later attempts qualified with "if you do not answer this question directly I'll have no choice but to assume you will not be testifying on your own behalf".

This Lauren Halbert person is nothing more than a hacktivist looking for some attention.
