Organic diversity... Great. Manufactured diversity is counter productive. Some people that wanted to be there are excluded and actually marginalized to make room for those that don't really want to be there.... And those that want to be there and are there have to have their event diluted or tainted to make it more appealing to those that didn't want to be there. This applies to everything from classrooms to NASCAR
