Joe will try to hide in his basement till election day.
The media refuses to cover this bombshell. There are obviously treasonous acts under question.
The senate has subpoena power. Joe does not have executive privelage.
Get his arse in the chamber THIS WEEK and the media will be forced to cover it and you'll have Hiden under oath testifying. Then get Bubolinski to testify as well, also under oath, plus Hunter and anyone else associated with the laptop.
This isn't hard folks. The Republicans have zero spine.
Just like they were going to subpoena Jack Dorsey, right???

The fact that this idea has not even been mentioned just goes to show how nutless the Republicsns are. Maybe they're waiting til after ACB to mention it but I doubt it.

It would be a total waste of time, because a Senate Subpoena is a political act, without prosecutorial discretion. Whereas a Grand Jury has prosecutorial responsibility, and can act much more quickly, vis-à-vis the Senate, which only has deferral powers.

Given that national security is clearly involved, the better question is why didn’t the FBI subpoena Hunter 10 months ago? This could’ve been cleared up as soon as the FBI got the laptop. If Hunter lied to them, then they could have arrested him for lying to a federal agent like they did to Flynn. With possession of the laptop, they could have easily traced the meta-data and proved whether or not it belonged to Hunter.
The Senate should be subpoenaing everything the FBI has and bringing Wray before a committee to ask him why did he sit on this for 10 months given the national security interest involved.
Given who was alleged to own the laptop and given what was contained on the laptop, there is no fricking way in the world that Wray wasn’t notified about it immediately. And once Wray was notified about it, if he didn’t immediately notify his boss, Bill Barr, then he should be fired immediately. If Barr knew about it, and he allowed Wray to just sit on it, then he should be fired immediately as well.

CNN, Trump kidnapped Biden.

The dirty secret is that almost everyone in Congress is guilty of the same things the Biden's are. The last thing any of them want is attention put on how all of their children are cashing in on their last names.

I was listening to Ron Johnson on the Maria Bartiromo show yesterday, and she asked him the same question. “ Why don’t you subpoena Hunter?”
He gave a disappointing answer and said,” well, we sent him letters requesting he testify.”
This tells me they have no plans to subpoena him.

He can’t, because he put a lid on his campaign.

Oh so big bad Mrs Lindsey can prance around for tv? Press charges for the crimes. A law enforcement caravan driving away with them is more tv worthy than a Senate hearing.

Because there are probably hundreds of others on both sides of the aisle and all through DC that are complicit.

So get the ball rolling with the Bidens. If others are cashing in they need to go too. This is what is meant by the phrase “draining the Swamp.”

They aren’t nutless, they are complicit. Corruption on that level doesn’t happen in a vacuum.
