Most of the restaurants that they had there, such as Joe's Crab shack and some other steakhouse they had, really sucked. I mean bad. They had tons of people that in the beginning would go there and you had to stand in line but it was decent. Then it became stand in line and it sucked.
Then there were no lines and it's still sucked. Without good restaurants it just went downhill. Oh they had the cheesecake factory there too and that went downhill quick.

Practically every store moved out. Maybe local government is more to blame than Biden but I think it’s strange to blame the business when the failure was so wide spread among all matter of stores.
