Questions 12 through 13 deal with citizenship on the 4473 form. LWNJ's are ignorant loons when it comes to firearms-related laws and you can bet they would be rather conflicted if they had to be intellectually honest between firearms ownership and illegal immigrants.

I'm not sure the courts agree. Illegals are protected by the constitution (courts have ruled on this in the past). While it might not pertain specifically to the 2nd, I don't see how one can argue that they are given some rights but not others.

The French once had a rule that if your family owned land for 3 generations, you didnt have to pay taxes.
Similar rules should be put in place retroactively to determine citizenship. You should only have citizenship based on a family pattern of contributing to this great country.

Maybe you missed the part about making it much harder to gain citizenship? If they arent citizens, they basically have no legal rights, and can be easily rounded up and deported. At that point only the most dedicated would be applying.
It would also eliminate birth right citizenship.
