If I were a young man, thinking of a family, GK...I'd seriously contemplate such a move.
There was an experiment with mice, a while back. Started of with two mice in a cage, docile and happy. Two had a litter. Litter had litters...and before long they were eating each other.
The Genetic lineage and history from the wave of South American immigrants does not bode well for societal harmony. Children that are born and reared (Nature/Nurture) are highly problematic; as Authoritarian governance is required to address their dangerous and pernicious psychoses. Not that a strong society can not deal with it...but it will be ugly and a long trog.
Just a matter of how you feel and what you want your life and that of your family to be. You'll have to go to you innermost soul to decide. The Good Book says that "He that warreth doth not involve Himself in the affairs of men". It's going to be 'wailing and gnashing of teeth' any way you cut it. Culture spreads like a virus...to those inside your own household.
