Seems she's only 42 or 43. To me that is way too young and inexperienced to be on the federal bench. And thats why we have appellate courts

Oh frick off - do they really pretend to think that doesn’t exist and hasn’t for decades?

Funny how it takes 5 out of 9 SCOTUS Justices to overrule a President, but it only takes one activist judge…

All part of their plan. It’s easy to see how all of the corrupt players are working together to slow Trump’s agenda.

Fun fact: Privacy is not guaranteed in the Constitution.

As a matter of fact, how you voted used to be public knowledge.

She's only even been a US citizen for 7 years. And she's young enough to wreak havoc for decades to come.
Truly a disaster.

We shouldn't have federal judges that weren't born in this country.

Funny thing, Obama's new library requires a photo ID to get in.

In a MASSIVE ruling, a Trump Florida federal judge just OVERRULED foreign-born activist Judge Sparkle Sooknanan — REINSTATES the SAVE SYSTEM that lets President Trump's team root out illegal aliens trying to vote in elections LET'S GO!! ? Judge KENT WETHERELL of Florida confirmed it: "[Reinstate] Plaintiffs’ access to the bulk-upload and SSN-search features in the SAVE system." Wetherell even CALLED OUT Sooknanan's ruling, saying SAVE systems do not violate the law. That's the EXACT system "Sooknanan" ruled against.

The Chamber of Commerce/DC Uniparty Recucks are every bit to blame for the dire situation the US is facing as the Democratic Socialists are.

The court acknowledged DHS now faces two conflicting federal court orders, one requiring the features to be disabled and another requiring them to be restored.

Nevertheless, Wetherell concluded that the settlement agreement approved by his court remains enforceable and ordered DHS to comply immediately.

The parties have also been ordered to submit a status report within seven days detailing DHS’s compliance and any developments in the related D.C. litigation.
