The court acknowledged DHS now faces two conflicting federal court orders, one requiring the features to be disabled and another requiring them to be restored.
Nevertheless, Wetherell concluded that the settlement agreement approved by his court remains enforceable and ordered DHS to comply immediately.
The parties have also been ordered to submit a status report within seven days detailing DHS’s compliance and any developments in the related D.C. litigation.
