Our own intelligence community used his services multiple times before this dossier? The guy who was the head of Russian affairs for MI6 for 5 years?
The same intelligence community that said Hillary was not guilty of any crimes involving her mail server and deleting emails because she didn't intend to break any laws?
And yet the Clinton campaign saw fit to not just lie about their involvement in funding it publicly, but purposely failed to note any payments on their campaign finance report (which is a felony). One would think that involvement with something holding so ethical a lineage would be touted as a point of pride just for being involved. But yet they purposely sought to hide their involvement.

Frank Guistra didn't have any stake in Uranium One when HRC was Secretary but Ian Telfer was Chairman of Uranium One during that time (2009-2013) and donated over $2M to the Clinton Foundation while she was in that seat.
Good selective journalism, Shep!
perhaps you should clean your ears out...Shep said that donation from those involved while HRC was SoS totalled 4 million dollars.

The funny thing is everyone here is pulling for an investigation into this uranium deal. If the investigation occurs, and nothing comes from it, the GOP loses a talking point. Hillary doesn't even hold public office right now. Hillary and Uranium One is a boogeyman for the right. If you take away the boogeyman, the only thing conservatives have left to look at is the shite-tastic job their representatives are doing right now. That's my guess as to why Sessions rebuked Jordan yesterday during the hearing. He knows this. Where is the major legislation? Where is the wall? Where is ACA repeal? The GOP needs this talking point to distract from their legislative failures.
If the only thing that comes from the Russian collusion investigation is Flynn flirting with Turkey and Manafort on some shady financial dealings a decade ago then the MSM and Dems lose their talking point. If an investigation took place into Uranium One there would be people inside the Clinton Camp and obama admin to fall maybe not even for the uranium one scandal outside but for other illegal activities, see Flynn and manafort.
This whole russia collusion investigation wouldn’t even have taken place if Hillary was president.
Russia is the boogeyman for the left. The Dems need talking points to distract from the fact they lost over 1000 federal and states seats, have 19 governors, a minority in the senate and House all under their dear leader Obama the great. Furthermore just lost an election to a reality tv star by getting trounced in the electoral college. The Better Deal plan rolled out by Schumer is the biggest fricking joke that nobody in the media is even bothering to cover.
See how easy it is to refute you’re posts. You are the epitome of a partisan shill.

1. Work on your reading comprehension. My response was directly to what was quoted. Specifically...
quote:
Frank Giustra, said he sold his stake in the uranium company before the company was sold and before Clinton became secretary of State.
My point is that if Giustra's selling of his interests prior to HRC becoming SoS is important in discrediting comments about HRC/U1 then Ian Telfer's multi-million donation to CF while she was SoS and he was Chairmain of U1 is at least equally important.
2. Just yesterday you said that " all the donations came before Hillary was even SEC of STATE".
So yesterday your stance was that "all" donations to the CF were prior to Hillary becoming SoS but today some were done while she was SoS. So which is it?

Disgraced former president Obama claimed to be born outside of the country when convenient, and the Clinton campaign was the origin of the scandal. So not a conservative conspiracy.

Fair. There is no evidence, yet still an unsolved murder, and obviously ranking dnc members thought it could be a political assasination. So it's not a conservative conspiracy.

and now we have Uranium One.
What's the issue here? Sarah carter did an excellent piece that raises serious questions. A special prosecutor should definitely get to the bottom of it

But let me know when the "tea party" types start marching in the streets, blocking interstates, beating up opponents, shooting policemen, interrupting congressional processes, instigating riots, stopping town halls from discussing issues, trashing public gathering places, coddling thugs, inviting terrorists into the country, and acting like assholes 24/7.
cliven bundy and his gang of idiots covered nearly all of these in one fell swoop

Fox news has been incrementally turning into Media Matters in the last year or so. This time next year most of their talking heads will be trannies, Earth Firsters, lesbians and man bun poofters.
Sad.
*Fox news talking head just reported "Growing number of people think Trump is unfit to serve."*

You have one incident - and it was directed toward the specific entity they were protesting. Whether they were right or wrong, they didn't inconvenience anyone else. They didn't create a public disturbance. You had to go where they were to be inconvenience by their actions.
But granted that they represent an instance of the 'other' side - do you have any other example??
Do you have anything at all that compares to
- shutting down freeways
- ambushing policemen
- boycotting classes
- demanding 'safe spaces'
- shutting down town halls
- beating up opponents
- marching in the streets
- etc

“The accusation is predicated on the charge that Secretary Clinton approved the sale,” Smith said.
The accusation is predicated on the charge that Secretary Clinton illicitly profiteered off of the transaction.
Now obviously, the latter must be proven.
But Shep is throwing strawmen up for progs faster than a hayfield at harvest

Spot on! He gets accused anti-Trump; I guess though he is pro-truth minus all the other BS. Well done Shep.

This Shep video is sure making the rounds. Did Fox executives tell him to run the story to prevent future embarrassment?
