Certainly her posture is much improved despite the almost certainty that her health would not have improved given her age . It is a shame I have become so jaded as to believe this could be a double but I am not sold on that video.

I saw everyone talk about her work-out video. I just now watched it. She does very well for her age. I would imagine her trainer is CPR qualed and has an AED defibrillator.
