Either he did nothing wrong and should not have recused himself, or he did something nefarious and should not have accepted the job.
Or he and Trump are letting the left-leaning attorneys in this case bring down their own crucifixion of Clinton and anything nefarious associated with her. Sessions stays out of the limelight to avoid prejudice in the case.
I'm not defending Sessions or Trump but how many times has Trump proven himself to be several steps ahead with his way of thinking? How many times have we've seen 3D, 4D, 100D chess remarks being made and giving accolades to Trump because of it?
Just saying this could be another one of his chess moves.

It will be hilarious to see progressives claim that they love and support Sessions after he is fired.

That's weak. Certain people were chosen to compromise with the DC establishments, just as Reagan did.

Sessions is a MESS. I regret Our President hiring him.

You guys were beating your chest and hoopin' and hollerin' when the ACLU was angry that Sessions was going to become the ACLU.
You guys defended him while so many of us Alabama folk told you Sessions was a moron and this wasn't a good move by Trump.
You all thought he would just cater to Trump and be all MAGA, and if he didn't, he would be pushed out the door by Trump...
11 Months later - he's still here, are you guys liking what you bought yet?

If Sessions gets fired or moved to a va jay jay suited position. Toddy will start a praise Sessions thread, the MSM/democrats will all suddenly love them some Jeff Sessions.

Sessions....you’re oughta here!
Posted on 11/3/17 at 9:56 am to Jjdoc
The Dems were playing chess when they got Sessions out of the way early on by making noise about Russia. Seemed somewhat innocent at the time, but it was calculated.
Time for a new AG.
Time for a new AG.

He really needs to step down as AG. He’s useless to the President because he’s recused himself of every major issue currenty taking place in this country.
Posted on 11/3/17 at 9:58 am to Jjdoc
You can damn sure bet that Eric Holder nor Loretta Lynch would have recused themselves. Fire Sessions today.

If Sessions gets fired, and the new AG steps in and shuts down the Mueller witch hunt, then according to CNN and MSNBC, would that be obstruction of justice for the firing of Sessions?

you are stuck with limp dick Sessions, I strongly doubt Trump gets rid of him now, after 11 months. Trump seems squarely on the Sessions Train :toottoot:

This is the problem! If 50 percent of the swamp is corrupt and has shite to hide that would put them in jail, they will never confirm a Potus pick that they know will come after them.

Sessions can't touch any of that stuff because of his deal to avoid perjury charges
