Sessions Hearing - Jordan

He put it all out there on the dossier and FBI involvement, HRC emails, Comey pre-letter, Lynch/Clinton Tarmac, Uranium one and Sessions seems to be fighting it all not wanting to appoint a SP. Was Sessions just panning to the camera to avoid looking like he is biased and there really is something about to happen with it or is it really going to just blow away with all that we know and they get away with all that corruption?? Jordan said they sent letter 3 months ago to look at appointing a SP, WTF is Sessions waiting for.

Why couldn’t the regular DOJ/ FBI investigate and prosecute it? Who conflicts them out?

I dont' disagree with you but IMO that's the approach they're taking.
If I were them and thought she'd broke the law, I'd prosecute to the fullest extent of the law and tell the media to suck my nuts.

One of Jason Chafetz' parting shots as he left was about Sessions. I thought he was just a bitter douche, but now i believe him. He stated that Sessions was part of the problem and stalled him on many requests. Said Sessions was part of the swamp.
I think Sessions needs to be canned. He's been sitting on major things to investigate but made no moves. Meanwhile we've seen Russia for a year now. To take Meuller out of the headlines, Trump needs his own "BOOM". Needs to go on the offensive. Sessions has all the ammo to do this and he has sat on it and deflected.
