Send John Folse to China

Soon as we sent him to the USSR to cook boudin, cracklings , sauce piquant, gumbo and good Louisiana cuisine, communism ended. Send him to China and he will end that bat blood bullshite. He will have those commies making rouxs, frying fish with mustard batter, smoking pork with pecan wood and using the holy trinity in no time. Soon as that happens , there is no turning back to plain rice or bread lines.

I had the unfortunate opportunity to have to deal with him on a business level years ago. Everything was always a problem with him and he was always a complete DICK about everything we did for him. He would actually tell me when he didn't get the outlandish things he wanted "Do you know who I am". No lie.. Ask some of the people that worked for him as well they will tell you the same.
To this day every time I see him on TV with his fake arse cajun accent I change the channel. I don't care how good of a cook he is there are plenty others I would happily buy their product before I even considered his.
