This isnt like other DOJ settlements. The biggest difference is that this is not part of a court order, which reduces it to just a simple contract.
And it might not be legally enforceable.

they can vacate the 1.7 billion agreement and DJT can just continue his 10 billion lawsuit. Then he can take his winnings and set up any kind of fund he wants.
