I had to fricking pause- to chime in.
This woman wants to be a federal judge and SHE DOESN’T KNOW WHAT THE ERIE DOCTRINE IS?!?
Y’all this is basic law. First year law stuff. It’s so basic you don’t have to even cite it to a Federal Judge. It’s noncontroversial. It just means the Federal Court applies State law on state law questions.
If she doesn’t know what the Erie Doctrine is - she is per se disqualified from being a Federal Judge. At any level. Especially the appellate one.

She already lives in hell. She should be judging based on that hell she is a part of. If LA slid off the continent and sank to the bottom of the Pacific tomorrow, I would pray for the saved souls lost during the slide ....The unsaved? it is too late for them. My visits to LA were well spent and I have no further plans to ever go back to that hell on earth. I believe she needs to have her hearing on the View ....Kennedy was too kind for her.

After watching Kennedy and Hawley ask questions which were either not answered or dodged, this judge should not be confirmed for the appellate court. Any republicans who vote in favor should be primaried.
By the way, why is it that trump had to fight tooth and nail for every appointee, no Demorat support, and maximum senate floor time taken for each nominee, but Biden gets his nominees through without delay and mostly with bipartisan support?
