Kennedy is not even close to being a conservative. He hasn't even been a republican for 10 years. He campaigned multiple times for Mary Landreiu, John Edwards, and John Kerry. He's a big government dixiecrat with a drawl, nothing more.

You must have great inside sources to know what was presented at the trial The Judge saw it all, conservatives are so wrapped up in their "narrative" that they thought the Judge would throw out the case. The Judge saw it all and he must think the prosecuter was being too lenient to say that he may tack on jail time for Flynn.

I have no sympathy for Flynn, his retirement wasn't good enough for him, he had to go shill for the Turks. Opinions of his military leadership were poor to mixed. Trump made a mistake by associating with him.

What was the serious nature of Flynn's lie? Was it simply a "technical" lie? Whats happened to him?
