I know Billy was just sort of a sleazy, though mostly harmless, goofball.
Did we ever get a bead on what the allegation as to what little Ron, Jr.'s offense was that was supposed to be comparable to Hunter, though? Did anyone ever accuse him of anything besides just being a bit fabulous? Can anyone tell me what his inclusion here was about?
