Bessent could say the same thing about the rise of China/CCP.
It's not China's fault they're always stealing hundreds of billions of US IP and using unfair trade practices to gain an advantage over the US when it's the US who assisted the economic and military rise of communist China. The US economically collapses the Soviet Union then promptly pours hundreds of billions into China to assist them in their ascension to a global super power.......weird stuff y'all.

That's called root cause analysis. They'll take that information to improve the targeting data. No one from the DoW has blamed AI. It was a reported memo on the cause from anonymous sources.
How are you supposed to acknowledge AI created bad targeting data without saying the AI created bad targeting data? A memo saying "we did it" without an explanation of why or how isn't very useful.
