You could take the most elite female athlete at basically any sport ever and have them play against basically any average male of the same sport, and they would get trounced. Genetics is the biggest reason for sports success, and no matter what a woman does, they will always be at a disadvantage against a man.

This was a Division I all conference swimmer as a male.
He is destroying the females. He won a race by 38 seconds. Thats 2.5 lengths of the pool.
In high school, he was the 15th ranked recruit in Texas and a top 200 high school male in the country. He was the Texas 6A champion in the 500 free as a junior and a senior. As a high school senior, he swam in the top 9.68% of college times. This is equal to a four star linebacker.
This was a Division I all conference swimmer as a male.
