They’re giving them too much credit. I do like that the middle is red between both coasts.

If we play our cards right, we could probably pick up the western Canadian provinces and connect Montana to Alaska.

I bet several of those borderline blue states would want to come with us.

As a Texan, I think we'd prefer to go it alone, but thanks anyway.

Californistan consisting of California, Oregon, and Washington.

New Yorktopia consisting of Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Maryland, New Jersey, and Connecticut.

I'll also concede Washington DC, Puerto Rico, and Hawaii. Possibly Nevada.

Look how that article is written talking about the four years of "fiery" division under Trump. So convenient how it omits the 8 years before that under Obama that purposely laid the groundwork for all this division.

If this were to ever happen, I'll be packing a U-Haul and heading to Florida immediately.

Before I vote, can I see how the debt is settled, the military is divided, the Medicare and SS are maintained, Interstate highway system is maintained, the VA hospital system continues, federal buildings and agencies present in each state are run? That's just few not counting where some states get more money back from the feds than they send in (Mississippi being one of those states). If we could smoothly transition through all of that, then I'm all for it. But, China would be here within weeks.
