they aren't using them as shields. they are using them as mobile barricades. They quickly roll them into place, lift them into place in an interlocking fashion, and then push the idiots in black pajamas out of the way with overwhelming force across a continues front. The idiots scatter and retreat and the officers quickly redeploy the barricade

That's in my hood in the SODO, don't know why Antifa is there. They are in front of a pick up burger joint and the area is just industrial.
