Jury nullification was preached by the media during the OJ trial.

I get that but the prosecution put on such a horrible case and the police were absolute lying idiots / even though he was guilty, they actually may have not proved the case....
very very bad lawyering.

Yep, and stop all federal funding to Seattle

First, what were the charges? Attempted murder, jaywalking?
This is what he was convicted of in 2019. "Vivanco-Reyes has convictions for drive-by shooting, first-degree assault and possession of a stolen firearm."

Second, why is this person still in the country. Dont even let him stand trial.
Not sure on dates, but I am assuming he got out of prison after Biden took office, and Biden was not going to deport him.

Third, where is he now? hopefully deported...
I believe he is in custody, waiting to be deported. That is, until a judge rules that he can't be deported.

It appears the leftist judiciary treats these illegal alien criminals as potential warriors in an upcoming skirmish, they must be free to defend the Cultural Marxist cause.

It's definitely another thing being destroyed by anti-American Democrats.
There was a case over in Dallas of a serial killer who was killing elderly in nursery homes. Was found not guilty in Dallas thanks to an activist juror. I think him being black was the reason for that activist
Luckily he did the same in another nearby county, and they went after him and were able to get him convicted.
Never forget....Democrats are a vile evil anti-American political party.

Abbott and desantis should have been sending them up there too under Biden.
Heard a clip of some Somali that is a state rep of some kind saying ICE isn't welcome. Fricking infuriates me that foreigners are being elected to public office.

Another acquittal with a Seattle jury.

federal judges can move (transfer) federal trials to another federal district in a different state for convenience or if a fair trial isn't possible in the original district, under rules like Federal Rule of Criminal Procedure 21 (for criminal cases)

That doesn't apply.

It 100% can apply on federal charges.

Derek Chauvin should have demanded a bench trial. Trusting juries has been a problem for a long time. It’s not a recent thing.
