That's not what the words meant at the time
The easiest way to break this down is this: what people within the US are not subject to our laws because they're not subject to the jurisdiction of the United States? Diplomats. This is effectively the only group left that are exceptions to the rule.
And the best part about this is that it makes complete sense with the actual language of the amendment, based on what the words meant at the time and how governments had operated for hundreds of years. It doesn't need to be more complicated than that.

Explain how an anchor baby works. What rights and privileges does having a baby in the US confer to the parents? How do they exercise those rights? Cite to the INA, CFR, BIA precedent, or circuit/SCOTUS.

This has been adjudicated as recently as 2022. You can buy and possess a wide array of very powerful rifles for personal use. No rebuttal needed. You won't convince me and I won't for you. And you can see a USA where a political party perhaps with a stacked court agrees to take our firearms away. I don't. So I don't know where you and I can take the disagreement any farther.
The fact remains, the Supreme Court will hear arguments and make a ruling on birthright citizenship. And that's where we are.

I think you misunderstand. For the same reason I don’t think they will take away birthright citizenship under this current EO, I don’t foresee a world where SCOTUS would take away firearms from an EO by a Democrat. The plain language of both amendments won’t allow for it.
For the record I want less gun laws, not more, but that’s a topic for a different thread.
