Take back the House and Senate!

good ruling, Congress needs to do their jobs instead of getting paid almost $200K/yr for nothing. Department heads and executive orders should not be making rules for the country.

Why can't individual states do something? Why are we suggesting giving the federal government more power?

No one is suggesting giving the feds more power. They’re suggesting the legally use the power they already have instead of unconditionally using agencies to do their jobs for them.

I'm guessing the ATF won't care and will still release and start enforcing the crazy new 'rules' they made up in August.

From the actual ruling:
When Congress seems slow to solve problems, it may be only natural that those in the Executive Branch might seek to take matters into their own hands. But the Constitution does not authorize agencies to use pen-and-phone regulations as substitutes for laws passed by the people’s representatives.
Is that clear enough?
