It's still early and all of the hyper dramatic nancies are shitting their britches over marijuana issues that haven't happened yet, but if he enforced existing immigration laws and sends out the judges to speed the hearings he gets a 7 right now.

He's a 1 IMO.

He doesn't get that much credit for enforcing the immigration laws because that was in the works with Trump. I'm not sure the credit he should get with the slush fund thing, but it should be some.

His sentencing ideas are ridiculous. I'm waiting for private jails to come in so that all the sheriffs can get a bonus for sending people to jail. He did recuse himself which was commendable, but no way we then should have sent Trump a letter he could use to help justify firing Comey.

His medical marijuana stance is over the top, even for him. His stance on regular marijuana is in keeping with his let's build more jails belief.

It seems to me people are grading him on the curve based on his predecessors. But just looking at what he has done and likely with do, it's hard to see him making a positive difference.
