Wasn't everyone screaming about him not being arrested, yet, and that was forming the basis of "he's going to get away with it"? Now that he is arrested we're going to complain about the timing?
Do you even understand how indictments work?
Indictment is not a guilty plea, genius. It is an accusation. That is it. What, exactly, do you think happened?
Remember all of those Trump indictments. How did those work out for you?

Now there is indictment, he can't comment.
He can comment today the same as he could yesterday.
That's where this argument falls apart.

What about this indictment by the Biden White House is "serious"?
You don't think those are serious charges?

False, and you have literally no evidence of this outside of one tweet.

"An accusation"...that this board was literally NPC echoing YESTERDAY MORNING that wouldn't occur

What evidence is that picture of anything to do with Ukraine and funneling taxpayer money via FTX?

Tax payers get money embezzled to FTX, by Congress funding Ukraine war, Zelenski then buys into FTX, FTX donates 600 million to political “friends”, mainly Dems and Dem pacs
This is whole cloth invented in your head or from some dumb message board, you can't even get the facts right but we can't see the truth.

Oh so it's going to be a pretend trial now...I get it. You have just disregarded all the comments he's made publicly which are damning and all the evidence available so far and the testimony of the wind down CEO Ray. Ok. Sound analysis.

Good. I was 1000% positive they weren't going to even arrest him. Now... an in depth investigation needs to happen into high level people who recieved any of that fraud money.
Don't need another Epstein situation.. where the government refuses to delve deeper.

I mean most of that is public info.
The only "deeper" is if he truly did give the same amounts to GOP groups via dark means, really.
We know who he gave to and why (a seat at the regulatory table).

Wasn't he about to appear before a congressional committee?
The timing is interesting if this is the case. I would say the arrest helps protect him and his public image so that he doesn't get exposed before Congress
He had already announced that he wasn't going to appear.

Assuming he were to die the paper trails are all there. The crime(s), I think based on what we've heard, are all provable. You don't need him to determine it was a fraud and to go after earlier people who got money from or out of the fraud.

And still, what has happened? Ooooh, a scary indictment. I'm sure Friedman is literally shaking over this...
Again, NOTHING WILL HAPPEN. The only thing this "indictment" did, was prevent Friedman from speaking before the house, which is going to be run by the Republicans come January. What a coincidence.

Don't know if any of the people he gave millions of dollars to, were aware that they were taking illegally obtained money. Don't know if any of those people helped him with the fraud. We don't know. Government needs to gather all the communications.

When he's sentenced to time, you're going to move the goalpost again and then say he got less because of his "connections"

It didn't do that, though.

He donated $36 million to the Democrats that we know about. Untold millions more that are not on the books.
What are the chances the Leftist run DOJ is going to dig into illegal campaign finance donations that may hurt Democrats.
I'll let SFP and cwill answer that one.

What?
You think an idiot like Maxine Walters was involved in a crypto trading-based wire fraud?
