Correct. They've attached it to National Security legislation and have passed it again.

I'll get killed for this, but I'm hearing that something has changed with Thune since Lindsey Graham died, and they are saying that the Senate will pass the Save Act with Susan Collins being the 50th vote and J.D. Vance being the 51st vote.

They have 50 votes. LIndsey Graham before he died was working on getting it passed in the senate thru budget reconciliation which only needs a simple majority and not the filibuster proof 60.
