Average classes are probably 25-30 each, meaning there are probably a 5 -1 administrative to teacher ratio. Sounds like to many know-it -alls to people that should know something about all

If I understand this right, then it's equivalent to saying that if you start calling the act of shoplifting "unfunded appropriation", then you'll see a major reduction in people being arrested for shoplifting
