if you actually believed in the first thing you wouldn't even bother with the second one.

Lefties will be happier when he dies than when that terrorist was killed but Rush has done more for America than any of them.

sad cop out. If your starlord was all that you claim, you wouldnt need science, you wouldnt need doctors, yet you sprint to them anyway when things go bad. Why would "god" need a middle man?

This is a classic case of you wanting to play the contrarian so much you just say stupid shite. It's like a rap fan saying Beethoven sucks as a composer because he doesn't personally like to listen to Beethoven.

So I am just now seeing some of your posts but you show a fundamental lack of knowledge to what the Christian faith teaches.

When Adam and Eve sold out the Earthly inhabitants temporarily, Satan gained certain powers to cause havoc and there were certain means by which disease became a issue for future generations. Humans also have free will to make certain choices for their health where God is bound to not intercede as this free will is a gift that can also have consequences for bad choices.

God can intercede to an extent, again limited by what he set forth as boundaries by granting free will and consequences for sin entering the human condition. One way God does work his healing is through the wisdom of Doctors and science to come up with medications and medical knowledge to treat people. Ergo, humans can act as agents of God on his behalf. This is not to say God is some feckless, weak being that needs a "middle man" as you say it, but he operates withing the boundaries he set up, much of it which revolves around the gift of free will and the misuse of it by man, creating consequences.

I don't expect for you to acknowledge an understanding of what I am saying as you seem to have all the answers but you might want to actually learn what you are speaking of before you whimsically toss out mis-informed platitudes.

hahaha.

my grandparents on my moms side were both apostolic christian ministers (he was a minister as well). they spent their lives founding churches throughout Argentina and Mexico. my dads sister is a nun. I went to catholic school my entire life, even boarded at Stanislaus before finishing up at Pope John Paul.

I know that bullshite better than anyone here.

Maybe, but it has gotten my wife and I through high risk pregnancies, illnesses and other hardships in my family. And I’m just one person. There are millions and millions more that will attest to the healing power of faith and science.

that was science and optimism, not faith.

please make no mistake, Im glad your wife is well, I hope you two are blissfully happy for a hundred years, but religion is stone-age superstition, believing in invisible magic is dangerous, it stomps the brakes on human progress. christianity is a death cult, its all you people think about, but the other religions arent any better.

That means nothing as it relates to your comprehension, that you clearly lack mind you, of what you are talking about.

Again, clearly you don't because your take is dead wrong. So if you claim to know "that bullshite" better than anyone here, you are either intentionally speaking misleading falsehoods or clueless in your claim. Both those options make you look like an arse.

Forget my other posts to you. I might have a bit of a potty mouth but with what you are saying here, it is useless to try to have an intellectually honest debate with you however I will pray for you.

Honestly you seem very bitter. Bitter beyond just the average, "I don't believe in God...it's just not for me." You seem vengeful and hate filled when it comes to the subject. Makes no sense to harbor such venom for any subject in your life. All that will do is send you to an early grave as it consumes you and from what you say, you need to hang on to as much of that time as you can.
