But the records shed light on one of many relationships that blurred the lines between the Clinton’s political, financial and philanthropic pursuits while Hillary Clinton served as secretary of state.

Relax sunshine. I'm talking about the Clinton foundation. The end of that article summed it up well, there were certainly ethical concerns about a blurring of the lines with HRC's role.

That's not really a conspiracy theory though is it? Trump either did or didn't sleep with Daniels, but he definitely did have his attorney pay her for an NDA 9 years later, but then Cohen ran his mouth. So she tried to profit in fairly minor league way, and so in to enforce the NDA Cohen revealed various memorialized documents/court filings, some of which attest to the fact that there's a 130k payment that should appear on the 2016 FEC report but doesn't.
Match the court filings up with the FEC reports for 2016. It's that simple.
That's before we get to the possibility that she can prove he is lying about not having relations with her. In which case Trump knowingly allowed Cohen to file false statements to the court, and both obstructed justice with their misleading statements.
And that's also before we get to whatever it is Cohen's legal bills to Trump say. Either they are documentary evidence of a conspiracy by a sitting president to reimburse his attorney for an act which they both hid from the FEC, or they both know that the bills he sent were bullshite and thus an act of fraud.
It's not like uranium one where you have to pick out one guy who happened to donate to the CF and then say "well that must be the reason she picked Russia to sell our uranium to" when in fact he's just one of a ton of donors who later had a positive or negative interaction with her as head of the state department, and it wasn't her call anyway. And the uranium was already owned by a Canadian company, who sold it off only for Rosatom to turn around and sell the uranium to plants in the US, as was always the plan. If HRC had been selling 20% of the US' uranium she should've got a lot fricking more for it, and she's not stupid. (it was a 51% stake in the company with 20% of the processing capacity, and stakes in uranium mines. Their capacity is now 5.9%).
