Are we sure they have them or are they just saying they have them.
The US tends to not announce new military technology for example the stealth bomber was over 15 years before anyone knew about them.

There’s nothing to discuss. At no point in our history have we ever had the ability to completely neutralize every military weapon system in existence.
We have them too, and are probably closer to being able to stop them than will ever be reported to the general public.
Long story short, the Soviets/Russians, and the Germans and Japanese before them have all held one technological advantage or another at any given point in time. As have we held advantages (arguably far more) over those countries.
Doesn’t make us weaker, and doesn’t mean we can’t defend ourselves. We don’t have a birthright monopoly on military innovation
