Obviously this wouldn’t have been on purpose. This part of Romania is very close to the Ukraine. So most likely is a screw up by Russia. Romania I have no doubt could track where that type of missle came from.

I’ve spent some time in Romania. I can tell you nothing about this adds up to what the media is trying to project it as. Hell, did Russia just forget that Moldova exists?
