He canceled a procedure because Trump called Tuesday morning and told him to be at the SOTU. Didn't say why, though Rush knew he was to receive the medal one day in the future.

PS - Does anybody know what would be the best way to get information to Rush? I have a couple of things I wish he would try regarding his health situation, but I'm not sure of the best way to contact him.
