I just don’t understand how these politicians can say someone should’ve been allowed to finish out the weekend to collect a $2 million pension when they obviously lied to investigators and broke the law.

It’s unbelievable that Rubio would defend this criminal.

I will vote against Little Marco in his next reelection campaign.

Rubio would be the liberal who wanted taxes on a postcard correct?

Thank God the "principled" conservatives, aka, liberals, lost in November 2016.

sounds like more of a process complaint than "defending a criminal"

I would have fired him in January when the IG report came out.

It's not like he made a mistake at work. He was deputy director of the FBI and he lied under oath. We should have zero tolerance for that especially at his level.

I wasn't necessarily a "never Trumper" but I was a Rubio supporter in the primaries.

I just lost a lot of respect for him if he really said that.

Rubio still believes in the old Republican mantra that if you play nice and speak within the media's preferred confines, that they'll reward you when the time comes and give you fair coverage.

You buy that?

setting aside your opinion on rubio's earnestness, do you think there is any merit to the process complaint?

We are long past those days. If Rubio doesn't see that yet, he's still not ready for the White House.

They will eat him alive.

Not really. Rubio is mad because he hasn’t seen the report yet. The OIG and OPR don’t owe him or us anything before they can make a firing recommendation. Whatever McCabe did was clearly bad enough that two compliance offices wanted his arse out.
