For my detractors, think about it like this: picking Moore at best will only galvanize the crowd who would (over 90% of the time) vote for any Republican by loyalty alone.
At worst and more likely, it will invigorate the Democrats to come out in numbers to oppose him. Moore can still win, but you created a battle that wasn't neccessary.

Can you say the inverse about Virginia’s governor and the AG. Look how quickly those stories not only died but were buried until after they were elected. I’m not defending Moore at all but what happened to him and Kavanaugh is so one sided.

At first when it came out, I thought it was bullshite but when Roy Moore’s response to it was so bizarre and a tad creepy when he said something like he doesn’t “generally” date girls, not without mothers permission, and it’not his customary behavior.
That was not the strong, categorical and unequivocal rejection of the pedo and sex assault claims I was looking for.
