Again for the retarded Ron supporters. It was a bypass into a hotel complex area, well into Disney property. You are 3 miles or more from any "well-traveled" roads.
This is a picture of the area. Cars/buses use that first overpass to access the Shades of Green driveway, and to bypass the Magic Kingdom parking lot. Three cops were waiting at the bottom of that overpass, and on the grassy area of the the Magic Kingdom parking lot. The road under the overpass is the hotel/theme park exit. And the other overpass is the exit for another sets of hotels
