Roger Stone is requesting proof that the Russians hacked tehe DNC server, as was reported in the Mueller report. He claims if the Russians didn’t hack the DNC, his case should be dismissed. The problem for the Mueller team is that they and the FBI have never reportedly actually looked at the server.
Roger Stone and his legal team are requesting the report from Crowdstrike, the firm connected with the Deep State who reportedly did inspect the DNC server after emails were released by WikiLeaks.
The chain of custody of evidence is kind of a big deal. If the FBI didn't have custody of the server, and if they never examined it, they cannot verify what happened to the data on it.

One party in a judicial proceeding can withhold evidence from the other party? Seems like this would be grounds for an ethical violation, at the least.

I have no idea. It seems like the same judges keep popping up every time Mueller files a case.

They don't dare because they don't have any evidence. They never have had and I doubt the Russians ever hacked it in the first place. If it comes out it was an inside job....Mueller is a dead man along with the entire Democrat Party and a ton of media with them.

That's the thing, I don't know how the judges are chosen for different cases but it seems like this woman gets them all.
