Are you retarded or just play that way? His report stated the exact opposite. It said they couldn’t find any criminal evidence but Trump was Not exonerated.

I'm talking public opinion not legal standards, but fair.

Would you prefer absolved? Cleared? Vindicated?

We were there and remember well what happened.

Based on the retconing of history and the promotion of fantasy alternative histories, it seems many do not remember what happened

Again, I even cited insanity defending Paul Manafort of all people.

If you can be honest with yourself for 5 minutes you would admit Mueller allowing Weissman to keep up a 17 month investigation hoax was a pretty shitty thing to do.

De mortuis nihil nisi bene. Decent humans never speak ill of the dead.

Especially before the body has even cooled off. Trump lacks decency

Say something nice about Adolph Hitler. Go on.

Edit: I phrased that poorly. Allow me to rephrase: does your little Latin phrase mean should we speak no ill of Hitler, Mussolini, et al?

Without a complete investigation there would be optics issues that would have never disproven muh Russia AND the DEMs would have just done it again when Trump was out of office, as the first investigation wouldn't have been proper.

Vindication of Trump required a total investigation to avoid this. Anything less would not have closed the door on the Insanity.

He was a mule for the Clintons. Ruined his legacy chasing Russian hoax ghost stories. The left loved him almost as much as the NY AG hippo lady.

It doesn’t mean that at all. It means to wait a little longer than a few hours to denigrate the dead.

Mueller gave Trump his biggest win in the first admin.

I can - sorta - understand your penchant for taking the most advantageous stance possible to keep your protectee out of jail.

But this is not a courtroom sir - this is TD-Political Talk = we try to talk facts, valid opinions, make statements which all might not make the jury's ears in a courtroom.

We are talking about essential truths - not nuances of 'law' written with loopholes.

Mueller was a scumbag - but I think he was also mentally wrecked, same as Biden, so it is hard to hate on him for his lack of performance.

BUT his legacy is anything BUT a "biggest win" -- he was the major player in the crippling of Trump's administration - the untold hours of "lawfare" imposed on his administration, together with the $$ required for the myriad 'defenses', and the time for all the hearings and depositions was like a big ol' tumor hanging off the chest of the entire admiinstration.

The whole "destroyed muh Russia" gambit is bullshite!! - The Democrats suffered no actual damage - they are still using the same crap now = "31 FELONIES!!" - and blaming any imperfection in their lives on him.

Mueller was a corrupt clown/robot.

I do not like publicly denigrating the man - but his legacy is a shitstain on all that is good and honest.

And you know it -

So, the same people that clutched their pearls at Jimmy Kimmel saying the Charlie Kirk killer was a MAGA republican find it completely acceptable to praise the death of Mueller. Hoping that rots in hell, good riddance, etc.

Member when Charlie was running around throwing people in prison and threatening their loved ones as a means to suborn false testimony in politically motivated investigations? Yeah, I don't either.

I have no issue with what Trump said. I probably wouldn't say it if I were president, but I would feel the same way. The guy knew it was all bullshite and continued the charade for 2 years.

If I go find threads contemporaneous to the release of the Mueller report, do you think you'll find MAGA posters on here sad or happy?
