I thought that part was great. Signaled what was coming sleepy joe’s way using the legal standard of necessary actual malice. And not President Biden, but candidate Joe Biden.

but doing it was most likely necessary to declare he was injured by the potatoes slanderous actions
so i'll allow it on the grounds of any of us would also repeat said jargon if it helped our upcoming massive lawsuits

Interestingly, that is the one part of the interview I didn't like. Repeating legal magic words didn't come across as authentic.
I doubt this kid thinks about these things like a typical person would at this point. He's pretty much had to immerse himself in legal crap for over a year now.

Sorry, Ace, I thought the kid was awesome overall. But, I rolled my eyes when he said that. He should have just shredded China Joe as irresponsible.
But it wan't just irresponsible. It was malicious and defamatory. Why are you irritated with the kid for accurately describing Biden's words?

Of course he’s coached up for these types of situations.
A good legal coach would have told him not to do the interview. He will be facing civil suits for the deaths, and the less said the better.
But his trial attorney said the people paying for his legal defense team were trying to raise money.

Oh…he’s definitely about to file a lawsuit.
Sue Joe for all of the money Hunter Biden made him

It did not help him one bit in any lawsuits. That’s not the way the law works.
What Kyle is probably doing is trying to walk a fine line between milking his fanboys for zillions of dollars without stepping on his future lawsuits.

If you are willing to sue the President (then candidate) then others will take notice. They might as well get out the checkbook and write that large sum just to settle.

Eh, it's his first interview. These words of his definitely come across as coached. However, this is where the narrative is set. Any cracks in his voice of words will be used to create a counter narrative in the corporate media. Now the question and discussion around the word "malice" and the *president can take place.
