I am right. He is a hip strategist. And he isn’t Dem lite.

Because you can’t even figure out that Dem lite means he is not even a Dem.

Absolutely 100% NO. Words have power. Power of suggestion to even one lunatic is all it takes. It is a grotesque negligence at BEST. But what we all know here is that negligence would BE the card they play...

They know exactly what they're doing. And a bullet in Trump is precisely what they want.

No benefit of the doubt for this guy.

I’m not saying he’s wrong. The Second Amendment people agree with me.

But perhaps he was using hyperbole?

So y’all are recycling outrage about a statement made by a fellow Republican in 2015? Wow. Keep that outrage going.

Your point still stands but I’m pretty sure that video was from a few years ago before he was even elected. I miss the days when people could use metaphors.

Of course it was metaphor. Anyone who sees it as anything else can doubtless be found somewhere along the autism spectrum.

We can certainly have a reasonable discussion as to whether it was APPROPRIATE metaphor, and I would argue “no.”

That being said, he was talking about the GOP “donor class.” and BEFORE Trump was elected. He was talking about stopping an insurgency within the GOP, NOT about a sitting POTUS.

Oh for frick's sake man, have some common sense.

A) the guy was talking about republican donors

B) he's a republican strategist

C) Trump was still an up and coming candidate

D) it's a damn metaphor

If you understand all of that and you still want to get your panties in a wad, go ahead.
Dude, some of these folks are still baffled by indoor plumbing, and you want them to grasp delayed recordings?

Agreed. Getting your panties in a bunch over metaphor is PAINFULLY stupid ... Right or Left.

Right is better at some things. Left is better at some things.

Honestly, you' (JJDoc) ae one of the dumber/mindless posters on here. Rarely do you have an original thought of your own, typically parroting articles from Daily Caller.

The standard I "cry about?" That people who are supposed to be on my side of the political spectrum (you) are willing to stoop to the socialist progressive's level of mental weakness. You want to talk about "taking medicines?" Spare me that crap. The fact that people like you feign outrage over this crap just enables those leftists to keep on with it.
An upvote was not enough.

And you forgot Gateway Pundit.

Yeah, which is where the US system sucks. Though we hate each other, we need each other to try to give voters a choice and put diverse ideas on the table.

Unfortunately our system is about hating the other guy, not policy.

I don't disagree with any of that, but this outrage over his 3 year old comments are a bit absurd.
Maybe so, but it's been making the rounds today.
Which just establishes that Trumpettes are the same mindless sheep as the Dems.

Someone somewhere posts some three year old video, and suddenly it appears on a thousand websites and ten thousand twitter feeds, with everyone expressing terrible outrage about threats against POTUS ... and not even recognizing clear metaphor or knowing that the damn thing is three years old (see the first two pages of this thread).

The party that produced Bill Buckley and Barry Goldwater now belongs to Sean Hnnoty and Donald Trump. Embarrassing.

Got to turn out the vote, man. We can’t let the globalist and Marxist combine to move in millions of poor people with a 2nd grade education into this country to displace us traditional Americans and vote in an authoritarian Marxist one party communist government.
