State Senate Dems just passed a bill that prohibits candidates for president from getting on their state ballot unless they release tax returns. The bill is now moving to the state House for vote.

If the Dems take over we are done. They are absolutely fricking crazy now.

I'm not joking at all. No tin foil hat wearer, but the dems will frick every single thing up if they get power.

Maryland tried it, yes. I am not sure what came of it.

Why do I get the feeling Trump has withheld his tax returns, waiting for a moment just like this so he can release them and show everyone he pays his fair share? Remember, Rachel Madcow released his 2005 return, trying to have a 'Gotcha!" moment, and it turns out he made 150 million that year, and paid 38 million in taxes. Made her look like a fool.

I know why he's doing it. He's doing it to troll Obama for all of his secrecy surrounding his school records and his birth certificate. He is forcing the Dems to reveal their hypocrisy. Trump gets off on it. Don't doubt me.

I suspect at some point at the end of 2023, he will release them.

States control ballot access requirements. Right now, states have some quite strict rules around getting on the ballot.

This just in, the administration has negotiated the sale of Rhode Island to a group of private investors for $18 billion. They plan to enclose it in an all-weather roof and create the world’s largest mall.

When contacted by the press, the President said “At least we didn’t sell it to the fricking Japanese.”
