lol, what? Every medication has a risk, but we weigh that risk against what is best for the patient. I am not going to give a patient a medication just because there is an ad for it dude.

I am saying that the proposed solution of banning pharmaceutical advertising isn’t going to be meaningful. I think pharmaceutical ads are unbelievably stupid and pointless. I also think that banning them isn’t going to do anything about the obesity crisis. They can have stupid ideas outside of their affiliation with a political party. My interest is helping patients. Your interest is defending the administration. Defend them all you want, my opinion isn’t going to change.

I have no idea. This isn’t the first time I’ve brought up that obesity is a crisis. I repeated ad nauseam during the pandemic.
I think RFK even has some good ideas with regard to dyes in food and stuff like that, but it still doesn’t address what I think is a major issue in America.

I had no part in creating this political economy dude. I would never have privatized the public research that eventually lead to the creation of modern biotechnology, nor would I continue to allow the continued funding of basic research for several medical innovations without having some of that windfall be directed to continued research. Trump’s instincts are right about the industry but again I don’t think anything he can do can actually unwind this in the next 3 and a half years.

Because a large percent still died from variolation. Not only that, it could also cause the disease to spread in its own right.
The advances of vaccination have as much to do with finding stable forms of pathogens and finding a form which retained its properties while being transported. That was the major advance of the Wyeth smallpox vaccine was that it could be produced cheaply, used very small portions of the solution, and could be transported to any location fairly easily.
Each pathogens requires its own preparation method.

You should read what i wrote on the vaccination strategy again, as I said some very particular things which fly in the face of your notions. Secondly, there was no change in the actual definition.
