re: RFK Jr. says COVID may have been ‘ethnically targeted’ to spare Jews

The most interesting part of this bizarre news story is the suggestion that RFK pointing out that designing a virus so that it spared Jewish people from a deadly virus is antisemitic.

RFK Jr basically said that one of the more alarming facets of bioweapons is a trend towards ethnically targeting these weapons. It’s not as if he was endorsing this practice. He was saying that using a virus to target people based on their immutable characteristics is wrong. We can’t go around making racist weapons- that would be terrible.

Apparently some study said that ppl with Jewish ethnicity and Chinese ppl had a better statistical probability of surviving Covid.

Considering Covid was developed in a Chinese lab, it makes sense that they weren’t trying to kill Chinese people. I’m not sure if it would make sense to have it not deliberately kill Jewish people, or if Chinese people and Jewish people have some sort of DNA similarity we aren’t aware of and it is sort of a fluke.

I’m sort of confused about why it’s a problem to point out that bioweapons create a risk of targeted genocide, if militaries are using them to try to wipe out “undesirable” populations. I would think we would want to avoid that kind of thing.
