If they successfully impeached Trump without a providing proof a serious crime was committed.

Unless somehow the Democrats get 2/3 of the Senate, even the GOPe isn't THAT stupid to convict.

There’s plenty of legit avenues to attack Trump but they don’t want to bc they want to reserve the right to be corporatist shills themselves when convienient.
There’s a real opportunity to rebrand the Democratic Party post Hillary but they seem to have no interest in it.

This is where I think you are wrong. There will be bloodshed among the people. It will be a blue vs. red war. Obviously, politicians would be targeted. But, the real ugly, unfortunate truth is that nobody will be safe. I think many would have to decide whether they kill or be killed.
You can't trust people who supported the removal of a political figure via impeachment with no proof. Those people will kill you as soon as the shooting starts.
