A friend of mine works there as a researcher! He wasn’t involved with it but said the pressure on the team to develop the vaccine before competitors was insane. Hundreds of millions of dollars at stake.

The lab did not, and is not capable of developing a vaccine for ‘coronavirus’.
Covid-19, possibly. That would be excellent news. But unless and until the lab referenced in the OP develops a vaccine for the common cold, seasonal flu, etc....there is no vaccine for ‘coronavirus’
